No It will go into the inventory to sell to native pow wow dancers as hair ties.
Too small to make a hat on its own, could match it up with a dark fisher or an otter skin in a hat though.

I ran out of Otter at the spring pow wow,but had a couple fisher.
Two of the women bought fishers and I cut the skins for them.
later in the day I had some other dancers asking specifically for fisher after they seen the ones I sold earlier.
They ask for marten also but I tan very few marten, they sell good as a raw pelt so I ship them to the auction.
So it looks as though fisher has caught on as something different,at least locally for now.
With low fisher prices last few years I have a few in my inventory of tanned pelts for sale.

Nice,
Do you tumble in an old dryer with a certain type of sawdust to clean & tumble?

Double bagged in a regular dryer(no heat cycle) with cob grit and solvent.

How do you cut the skins for them? Do you spiral them all the way down? Or just cut them in long strips?

Again, down here, mink hides are often used whole, not as wraps, just pendants attached near the top of their braids.
