Thanks for asking, guys. I didn't wind up going to prison and the situation with my daughter was resolved with the help of a private investigator...at least in part. My son-in-law managed to get a plate number and turned it over to a PI who came up with the individuals name, address, phone number, age, criminal record and just about everything else on the guy. The guy has an extensive criminal record including one for "crimes against nature". I don't know what constitutes that charge in NC but the individual is obviously a freak. Things quited down shortly thereafter. A professional football player (Carolina Panthers?) who values his privacy moved into the subdivision about the same time. That might have helped.
