The Wife and her Sister bought recliners in Sioux Falls last week 3 total. They said they would drop them off at the house for a delivery charge or we could pick them up in Pierre 90 miles away. Now they need to go by the house to get to Pierre so the wife worked out a better price on the delivery charge. Getting to our house is tough with the lake being high GPS will get you wet if you follow it.

So the wife asked if just I’d meet them a the 265 exit and deliver her Sisters chair before heading home to make it easer on everyone. The DQ is right at the exit big sign says DQ right on it a 100 yds to the driveway. First they wanted an address 265 exit was too simple then they wanted the stores permission to drop it off and wanted another $35 so we could save them time and money.

The wife told them to stick it you can’t win with stupid let them get their truck wet we tried to help them they have our address they can figure it out.

a friend lives on a little township road , he and his parents are the only 2 houses on the mile long road that is gravel

but google will take semis and delivery trucks down it all the time

to shave 1/4 mile off taking the county highway around him

county highway 55 no issue

his road , doesn't have pot holes it has craters you could loose a smart car in 15mph is too fast in places

so much for a short cut google

I think it's possible but most don't seem to want too?

You cant really blame them with the amount of scammers out there nowadays.This aint the 70's anymore.

Everything is paid for we offered to help them out for free saving them a half hour minimum and gas driving around nothing to scam them out of.

Talking with a friend a bit ago and he was telling me about being in a D&D. His mom wanted another cup of coffee. He approached the counter and a girl asked if she could help him. He stated he’d like another cup of coffee and she points to the end of the counter from where they are standing saying, “We take orders down there.” He points out the cash register and coffee is right there where they are standing, also that him and his mom are the only people in the store. She is adamant about him walking down to the end of the counter, him repeating the request and then walking back to where he is standing now to pay for and receive a cup of coffee. His responds, “So we are going to walk down to the end of the counter together, I’m going to tell you I want a cup of coffee, then together we are going to walk back down right here where I will pay for it and you’ll pour it?” She gleefully replied, “Yes.”

He and his mother chose to leave the store without a coffee. lol

Wait till they wring it up and give them enough cash to get a dollar back. 90 percent can't figure it out because the register don't tell them what the change is. I'm old and retired. Don't have anything else to do.
