I'm thinking about doing it myself, but buy pressure washer, tank for water if needed and a trailer.

Be amazed the people that will pay for that service.

Not a lot of over Head either.

Let me sugar coat this

Except some real good insurance, chemicals, hot water tank, trailer, truck to pull it with a full tank if needed, and I could go on. But, you’ll make your money back in short order if you’re willing to work.

Wish I could find a money market with that kind of return!

Credit unions and banks. They should be about 5 percent this month. Go 1 year at a time.

Edward jones money market is 4.42....not bad if you need to keep it liquid. Not good if you are investing for the long term.

Lol NOT! Stick it in a cd until the big correction about November or December. Then pitch it in that pot stagnant return to put it there now. Wheel and deal with cash money getting tight Look for atv. Utility trailers even lawn mowers to flip. If you got cash people sell !!!!

If I were young and had time away from work and family I would use the 9 K to fund a low overhead business that used physical or brain power or both. When younger use your energy and youth to create the revenues and invest portions of those in diversified holdings and when older let your money work for you.
