When did you stop running up steps?

Never did run up steps not in a hurry

I'm 73. Don't run up stairs any more, but take two at a time on good days.

62 with the first pacemaker. lol

I don't run, but do 2 steps.

To many stairs at work not to.

No running at work, that would be horse play.

And at home I'm never in that big of a hurry.

Last elk hunt was 2014, quit after that

I hadn’t really thought about it until I ran up a couple flights and a guy in the tower asked why I was running up the stairs. I just have always done it.

All the plants I go to in Europe have very specific safety policies about stairs. One at a time, no running and you HAVE to use the hand rail.
