 ... Some mothers do have em Stock Jeep with stock wheels and slick tires on a glacier ... what could possibly go wrong ???

I have liked every jeep I have owned. Never been that stuck but they will make you braver than you need to be. After you play with one awhile. Had one of those big 8 wheel tractors with all wheel drive struggle to get my wagoneer out of the mud 30 years ago. Broke the guys chain. He took me to a hardware store. Luckily they had a better one I could buy him. Didnt get mud experience when I was a kid. It can be real bad here in KS.

Tires, tires, tires it’s funny they sell “off road” vehicles then put highway tires on them that say M/S on them. LOL I’m sure they can’t have any road noise for the cowboy Cadillac crowd that never get off the pavement.

Good tires will get you through most anything. When it doesn’t is when you need the 4x4 to back on out.

I put toyos on my jeep about a week after i got it. I ordered it with the cheapest tires they offered. never have bought a new vehicle with decent tires. the factory tires did get me to the tire shop

Tires are an important part of the equation. So is ground clearance and suspension.
