Eveyone kept complaining about fish Friday because the fish always tasted funny. Well finally did some looking and figured out why onna few reasons. Ill tell ya som folks don't need to be around hot grease lol. Pulled dout the the cast iron and got it going right now though. So far all the taste testers are saying its a heck of a lot better then usual Just waiting on the fries
Fried catfish fried shrimp fries , blueberry muffins and jambalaya for those wanting a menu ( looking at you slick pan and greencountrypete )

Looks like a darn good fish fry there. Add a little Louisiana hot sauce on the side. Much better than burnt frog legs. You keep cooking like that and you may never see the outside deck again.

O yeah just checked the fridge where we put the lafer over and there only thing left as some fries lol. Usually theirs a few bags of fish left for a few days because of the off taste but not today only person who complained was the captain but can't seem to make that guy happy , I avoid him like the plague. But the rest of the crew was really happy so

The reason the captain's not happy is cause he can't cook as good as you. You are taken over his job and he is not getting as much butt kissin.I seen his burnt frog legs.

You cook it for everyone else and don't share it with him. When he asks for his meal tell him he has to cook his own cause you don't want to make him sick and him not to be able to do his job.

Oh and cook those fries first before the fish
