I paid $57 for an item that I did not receive and I can't figure out how to "open a request " or report it. The item was removed from the order details by ebay but I had already paid for it. Anyone have any help?? I click on "more actions' but nothing is listed to help me...Thanks

Go to help and contact in top LH corner & then go down to the bottom and get the phone number to call them. Fasted way for me to get results anyway. Good Luck!

Only use a credit card for eBay payments. That way you can contest the charge with the credit card company when all else fails.

I am in the same boat and it is now very difficult to report an unrecieved item.... Any chance you can try it your way and post a phone number.

You can also file a complaint with pay pal which used to be easy. They credit your account and put a hold or issue a refund from their account. The seller really has no say in it that way. I sold arrows on ebay for 20 years. Pay pal is your best bet!

How was it paid for if your payment provider comes with a guarantee go there for a refund let EBay know so you don’t get charged any fees or negative feedback.
