LOL probly.That recipe looks like it could grow hair on a crow-bar.But,I have a cast iron stomach so I think Im gonna give er a whirl.

Now, I keep repeating during this subject on that thread, that it isn't that bad. After it has set for a few weeks, it does mellow a bit. And, when you're sick, it actually feels soothing on a sore throat as you take it. It would seem to be opposite, but I've found it isn't. Same sentiments with others I know that take it too.

I don't have a cast iron stomach. I can't take spices that are too hot . A little hot sauce or peppers are ok, maybe medium in heat index at most.

But this stuff works. So does Oxine , sprayed onto any surface, or even breathed in , if a sore throat is beginning, or if there is any worry about exposure to anything after being in town. Livestock ranchers have used this for ages. Patrice, on here, uses it for the same thing and to kill pathogens in her chook coop cleaning. Water systems, and holding tanks use a few drops to keep the water clean and algae free.

I have not had sniffles, a cold, or any virus at all , since a mild cold in 2019 . No jab. All natural.

Been bodybuilding again for a while now, as I did some years ago and quit. I feel great.

Super Tonic will last on your shelf indefinitely, due to the ACV. It also can be spooned out to season foods to the hotter side, if desired.
