The winners pulling into town following a 120km(75mile) paddle across the delta. 2-3 sections were downstream and the rest was against the current. Men’s division winners Kendall McDonald and Tim Gordon pulling into Inuvik after leaving Aklavik at 830am. Photo borrowed from eighty one images.

What was the time for the winners?
What town are they pulling into?
My shoulders are getting sore.

Forget that fear of gravity-get a little savagery in your life.

Interesting!! That would be a fun challenge. Thanks for sharing that. I'm interested in the questions Boco had also.

Not official times but pretty close based on posted videos. 12 hours and two minutes for the mens division winners, 13:38 for the mixed and 14:23 for the ladies division. One team of a very active elder and her young granddughter made it in 21 hours and 48 minutes. pretty amazing determination to continue and finish. They pulled into Inuvik at 6:04 this morning and a handful of dedicated supporters were still waiting to greet them at the river. Great event for everyone!
