It's definitely a species in the Rubus genus. Once the fruit develops more, you should be able to tell if it's a dewberry or blackberry.

This. Rubus includes the raspberries, blackberries, and dewberries. That one looks most like what we call dewberries around here, but there are a lot of species. Knowing exactly which may require a little effort, but may not be necessary seeing as they’re tasty whether or not you know the scientific name.

I also think it might be dewberry. Used to pick them as a kid. Mom made pies out of them. We called them blackberries but they grew on the ground along a railroad track.
