Our Dodge Journey is at 238,000, still running but one cylinder is weak. Starting to look.

I used to get a new company truck at 175,000 miles. ( 2500 Chevy ). For me, that was every four years. Never was a thing wrong with any of them when they gave me a new one. They were 6 L motors.

I have put mine to the test many times and so far it has been bullet proof.

Wife put 265,000 on a GMC SUV and we sold it in perfect condition. Did the same with her Lexus 350 at the first sign of rust. We lived at the beach then.

We don’t drive nearly as much now.

I sold a 2000 Tacoma to my dad a year or two ago with 400,000 on it, all original motor and transmission, replaced the timing belt a couple times which falls under general maintenance like changing the oil (which was changed every 3000) other than that I replaced the alternator twice, plugs and wires, and one fuel injector. He is still driving it, and still hasn't done anything to the motor or tranny. Other than that I've gotten rid of every rig I've owned before they hit 400,000. Owned quite a few Toyotas though that I put 300-350K on before I got rid of them.

Over 200,000 miles on VW Jetta 2001 model.

2000 f250 Superduty with a 7.3 and 100,003 miles on it. Most of those miles are from pushing snow.

02 6.0Hd Chev bought new just turned 230075 today. Runs perfect just change the oil and put gas in.

270,000ish on a 20000 chevy 15000, grandson changed the odometer in it so its an estimate. 200,000 on an 04, it only shows the miles occasionally. Both driven daily.

Around 153k on my 2004 Chevy Silverado 1500, bought it in September. Should last me a while, still on the original trans and motor. Did just replace the water pump though.

318K on my 2004 Dodge Ram diesel, and still clipping along.

my 06 chevy silverado 1500 5.3L vortec gas motor has 494,000 miles, it is the original motor and trans. Normal maintance and normal repair to like brakes, belts, oil change and so on, I don't drive it much but waiting to get 500,000.

My wife's 2015 chevy suburban 296,000 + miles (already replaced the transmission once and it is currently setting in the driveway in need of another, really unimpressed by the Chevy transmissions in the last few years). 2017 chevy pickup 112,000 miles and a 2005 chevy pickup that has had less issues than the 2017 with 207,000 miles and an original AC that will still freeze you out.

Chevy guy here all my life , the tranny going out at 140k on my 2016 Silverado wizzes me off . They know these tranny's are junk but want an Astronomical price at the dealership to replace . It's their dammm junk tranny and should be able to source replacements for pennies on the dollar........ maggots

My wife has a 2019 toyota hylander 6 cyl. with 31'000---I have a 2019 6 cyl. Toyota Tacoma with 7,000. The dealership has been trying to find my wife a 2023 hylander for 6 months, but can't get the one we want. They have made us offers for each of our vechiles that are hard to turn down.
