Probably don’t have to, but I wanted to. Inside laminated duke 650s. Also whipped up a 6 lb digging hammer.

Do you find that curved blade on your digging hammer (like on the bigger hammer) throws dirt back on you when digging trap bed?

I like a bigger hammer...less whacks needed. Couple that with predrilling the anchor hole and about 4 smacks will seat a 15" cable stake.

High swamp. This one is not a dirt sprayer at all. Its a hardened prybar that i cut off and welded on. Then I ground it very sharp. I think the thin digger body makes it less splattery and it cuts like a knife. Last year i used it and was shocked at how easy it was to swing. Didn’t burn my shoulders out or anything.
