I run a torrential gauntlet of windshield debauching suicidal invertebrates every morning.

It's ridiculous.

Anyone have a good recipe that truly works?

Good luck! I had some teeny little critters on my scalp down at the crick last night. Never experienced them before. They must love Head and Shoulders!

Peroxide will desolve bugs without hurting paint or glass on your vehicle. Spray on and let sit for a moment or two then wipe off. A good friend has used this method for years to remove bugs off or his his RV. Not sure how that would work as windshield washer fluid but might be worth a try.

Common sense is a not a vegetable that does well in everyone's garden.

If you treat your windshield with Rain X the bugs wont stick nearly as well.

The Gov is coming after your windshield washer juice, its not eco-friendly.

And i'm sure the Gov approved replacement will be much more expensive, much.less efficient, and the company majority owned by the hacks pushing this.

You know, same old, same old.

You are probably right, they will rubber stamp a new formula produced by the same jerk that ruined cheap gas cans

not washer fluid but gets the bugs off the front of the vehicle well and fast

I bought a little electric pressure washer got it for 79 with the coupon at HF

it has a bottle that holds car wash soap that pops on instead of the wand , give the front of the vehicle a quick soak down with that , wait a few minutes while switching back to the wand and they peal right off with the pressure.

there are 2 carwashes in town , one at a gas station 6.99 for a car wash when you buy gas 7.99 if you don't buy gas and one you pop quarters in , it takes 4 dollars in quarters to get started then you likely need another dollar or two to actually wash the entire vehicle

it is also handy for cleaning up stuff around the house , and spraying down the boat when returning from fishing.

I need to get the deck also then stain it again.

seems to be a handy tool to have around

America only has one issue, we have a Responsibility crisis and everything else stems from it.

I like nu-finish better. It doesn't get hazy in the rain at night with the lights.

Rainx just beads up, and won't go away. It might be worse than bug mush.

Let them dry out, then use 0000 steelwool. It will not harm the glass. That is a trick used by body and paint experts to remove overspray from glass.

So I just tape the steel wool to my wiper blades?

Thats life...sometimes you're the Windshield sometimes you're the bug.
I carry a canister of glass wipes and scrub it down when need be.
I dont think theres a product that really works on bug guts.

Scotchbrite pads are best used on poison oak.
