Nelly trapper N Joined: Apr 2010 South Central Wisconsin	I grew up using it as a dip for chips. I also use it in place of ricotta when I make lasagna. Some of you are awfully ignorant of the fermentation processes that are used in producing what are probably some of your favorite foods. A lot of sausage is produced using the same microbes that are used in cheese. I'm just a soul whose intentions are good. O Lord please don't let me be misunderstood.
