Cragar OP trapper Joined: Feb 2007 Posts: 5,995 New York border	The Fremantle Highway car transport ship is still burning. Initial reports said there was 25 electric vehicles onboard , now being corrected to around 500 vehicles that are electric. Approximately 3800 vehicles total ICE and electric. Firefighting crews on scene are not really fighting the fire due to the difficulty of electric vehicles in a thermal runaway. There is a big concern as this ship is near a very delicate section of Dutch coastline that supports fragile wildlife habitat. One minute video - A lot of the reporting is somewhat being ignored by the MSM in the USA. NRA benefactor member

My worry is if it sinks which is very likely. There are tens of thousands of tons of fuel onboard. If it sinks , all that comes to the surface and drifts into the Dutch coastline. That area is a huge wildlife refuge with one of the world's largest places for migratory birds. A huge disaster for sure. NRA benefactor member
