It's been a while, so I thought I'd see if Paul is still able to corral this unruly mob. After all, I was a regular poster here for more than 20 years, so I ought to drop in once in a while--though I am pretty busy these days. Think I'll be like Benny, forum creator, and just drop in when the mood grabs me.
I see the forum still provides fertile soil for conspiracy theories...
Wife and I are now safely ensconced in our new home in Coeur d' Alene. Sale of our Anchorage home is the only outstanding issue of our move from Alaska. I am no longer an Alaskan! Sob! I'm surprised at how much I get choked up over loss of my Alaskanhood.
The weather here has been great, but hot in the afternoons. One day it hit 100, but it's dry heat. The evenings are very pleasant, and the best part is you can sit outside and smoke a cigar without worrying about legions of large mosquitos that might carry you off into the woods and leave you a dried husk, perhaps not to be found until the leaves were off the trees.
So, has there been any forum news worth repeating?
