1lessdog trapper 1 Joined: Feb 2007 N. Dakota	I received a call from Social security yesterday. My plan was to start drawing S.S. benefits on Oct 1 2023. I turn 65 in Sept. I have made to much money so I'm not eligible for benefits this yr. I can only make 22 000.00 a yr. If I make over that I loose 2 dollars for every dollar I make. My plan is to work into 2024 till I make 21000.00 and then start drawing S.S. When I turn 66 and 8 months I can make as much money as I want.. I don't want to wait that long to retire.
