I ordered a small $25 package. Ebay and fed/ex say it was delivered -it wasn;t I have cameras up and nothing was delivered to my house. Seller hasn't responded to my contact. Do I contact Fed/ex ?? Is this my problem? I have trackjng numbers but how do i get ahold of them? thanks

Yea, contact Fed ex, Shipper is responsible. Fed ex was too lazy to bring a small package to the house up the long driveway, So the driver left in a bag tied to the mailbox. Checked next day on Fed ex website, Said delivered & left at mail box. It was never found. In that package was an expensive scope from Cabeala's. After that, they take pictures when they leave a package.

The same thing happened a few months ago to my son. I have drive way cameras also. This was 500.00 tires. The tires were tracked from West Virginia to Nashville Tennessee Fed-Ex location. Then Fed-ex indicated the tires were delivered to my address, but
they had not. He Contacted the E-bay seller and they refused to work with my son. He contacted Fed -ex and they would not disclose the "delivered" location. The regular fed-ex driver that always delivers to my house said the tires were never on her truck. He filed a complaint thru e-bay and his bank and was able to get his money back. Later he discovered that the same e-bay seller has similar complaints from other buyers wanting tires. Inside Scammers out there..

contact Fedex , they can pull the GPS from the time of delivery and see after the fact they were on the wrong street when they delivered.

my last package they could see it within an hour after delivery email came and it wasn't here

I called to complain I already had the package in hand because the neighbor down the road brought it too me.

but they could tell they had delivered it wrong , why the driver can't is still a mystery because they never talk to them
