Wild_WI OP trapper W Joined: Dec 2019 WISCONSIN	We are approaching the 1 year anniversary of the PACT Act being signed into law, while there is no deadline to apply for PACT ACT benefits, claims or Intents To File received by 09 August 2023 may receive benefits backdated to 10 August 2022. Please help spread the word to Veterans and their family members. I highly recommend reaching out to a national service organization if you need help filing any of your documents their assistance is free. Additional information is available at www.va.gov/PACT

Spike369 trapper S Joined: Jul 2022 Va	Go thru the VA and not one of those TV lawyers. If you get a settlement using a lawyer you get to pay the lawyer 40 percent plus 3 percent expenses. Then you get to pay back 100 percent to the VA when you get disability. I got 100 percent from the VA.
