James you said you like to take opposite point of view in a debate, but there was debate. Debating is using words to persuade others to your point of view to others using facts or reasoning to your point of view, you went straight to action by saying stop or I'll call the law. You didn't debate why dueling would not be a good idea.
You say dueling was murder, is it?? Some don't see it as murder if you agree to it. MMA although it's not pistols you sign a waiver to go in a ring against a man that knows how to kill you with his bare hands, one hit to one area on one certain day could kill you, is that other guy held responsible for murder?? You agreed knowing what could happen to you or what you could do to the other?? Pistol dueling is an Agreement between two people who agree to draw on a count and pull, best aim/quickest draw wins. If one doesn't agree and is shot then it is murder. I am pretty sure the statement was if dueling was brought back which made it legal he would be dead or a few others on here. I don't see this as a threat because of an agreement was made and it would be legal at that time to do so. also how can it be mass murder?? Because like stated dueling would have to be an agreement, and your dueling one vs one??
I'm also on the fencer, Biden is worthless, do I believe trump is the answer no, because just like last time no one will let him do a job, he will be more worried about getting on tv to state this and ignore our true problems and work for this country and turning it around, so I don't really fault trump it's just going to be the same circle as we did the last time and living on the past and bringing all his past doings up to get him booted doesn't do anything for this country and we need to move on because things are going to heck in a basket quick. So I'm on the fence of who I think is right for the job, and unlike others on this site I don't think all democrats are wrong and bad, I was raised one, my dad is one slowly converting though due to nonsense he See's he also a Christian man so alot goes against his beliefs. But I'm sure there is an old school democrat out there that could run this country just fine. I personally don't keep up with politics to big degree because I rather live my life with my family then give my attention to the power trippers and crooks in politics. I say this because I have read some of your things and I dont think belief wise some of us are too far (right) for your thinking. It didn't appear to me James wanted to "debate" as he calls it to me either, or James wouldn't have called him names (disturbed, dangerous) for having his point of view. This was done right from the get-go. So you could throw out a debate right away, and it was James who didn't understand the text of that thread to start with. He joined in with hostile intentions, imo.

Smart liberal lawyers charge high fees.
Jim I got a buddy who is a lawyer for lawyers. He makes extremely good money and is busy.I could never afford him. My lawyer is good and affordable for when I need him for various things.
