I called the sheriffs non emergency number a couple weeks ago. Headed down the interstate at 530 AM. Still dark. A car half on the shoulder and half out in the right lane. Somebody down in the grass walking around. Been pretty easy to hit that car.

James you said you like to take opposite point of view in a debate, but there was debate. Debating is using words to persuade others to your point of view to others using facts or reasoning to your point of view, you went straight to action by saying stop or I'll call the law. You didn't debate why dueling would not be a good idea.

You say dueling was murder, is it?? Some don't see it as murder if you agree to it. MMA although it's not pistols you sign a waiver to go in a ring against a man that knows how to kill you with his bare hands, one hit to one area on one certain day could kill you, is that other guy held responsible for murder?? You agreed knowing what could happen to you or what you could do to the other?? Pistol dueling is an Agreement between two people who agree to draw on a count and pull, best aim/quickest draw wins. If one doesn't agree and is shot then it is murder. I am pretty sure the statement was if dueling was brought back which made it legal he would be dead or a few others on here. I don't see this as a threat because of an agreement was made and it would be legal at that time to do so. also how can it be mass murder??
