I own a couple dozen. Used to use them a lot beaver trapping, but I don’t trap beaver anymore. I have thought about using them for bobcat and coyote, but I never have. It’s legal here, but I’d hate to catch some chukar hunters dog in one.

That is too much trap for yotes or cats.

I like them for beaver and that is it. To big for anything else in my opinion.

I like them and use the Duke #5. I also have a few of the Blake and Lamb #44 DLS and they are actually my favorites. I have a couple with Oberto dogless triggers that are the best ones. I don't think I have ever had one sprung without a beaver in it.

Hummm. I wonder if I should modify the pans on my 750s like that? Make em a touch smaller.
