Months ago tore part of my hamstring lose from the bottom of my pelvic. Couldn't drive more than 10 miles and had to get out and walk awhile. It is starting to heal, free from pain now when I drive. REAL JOY and thankfulness.

Caused a problem to three lower vertebrae favoring my hamstring and woke up one morning about 3 weeks ago and couldn't walk because of sciatica nerve pain. Now, just getting to where I can walk with a bad limp but they are healing with therapy. That is Joy, Thankfulness and a New free feeling. Starting to catch up on my nuisance control work. Need to careful when your 80.

I'm happy right now because our grandkids are visiting.

I'm happy because I'll be heading north tomorrow toward a cooler climate.

Finally back to 100% after an annular tear set my sciatic a blaze. House is coming together nicely.

The chick that took a week to hatch is still kicking, puts a smile on my face every time I see it. lol

But even if I didn’t have all of that, the wife is handling the beginning of menopause like a champ.

Hobbie, you are an optimist for sure.
