I think it is invasive honeysuckle. Autumn olive leaves are alternate on the stem but those look to be opposite which is the honeysuckle leaf arrangement. The leaves and berries are very similar in shape and size but autumn olive leaves are silvery underneath. . Autumn olive berries have a single seed in the center. Honeysuckle has multiple seeds in each berry. I am currently in the midst of a campaign to destroy autumn olive trees that are trying to take over some of my property. Control methods are pretty much the same for both.

Note: Autumn olive berries are edible, honeysuckle berries are poisonous.

Lonicera mackii. Invasive that is really bad here in SEPA. Deer don’t eat it so it outcompetes the native plants.

Birds eat the berries and deposit seeds everywhere with a guaranteed to grow fertilizer packet attached. It chokes out everything else around field edges, it's a real problem here in Indiana. Honeysuckle

Looks like honeysuckle we are starting to get it here but its not chokecherry. I have heard that it came into Wy as a ornamental but birds sure spread things around. Our Russian olive is coming up all over and some folks are getting rid of it. It does feed wildlife but invasive and will out grow everything on the creek and river bottoms.
