Not enough land free of people and too hot for me.
Might appeal to some.

Forget that fear of gravity-get a little savagery in your life.

Easy to drill for natural gas if it is on your property

330 those stats are based on tax burden mostly. Plus not updated ! Florida just raised home owner policy up to 300% . Plus iv there is one named hurricane headed towards it they are pausing ALL new home owners policies.
My source is a resident that lives there and works for an insurance company. One of largest in the state

That depends 330 if its you or some left wing nut from up north.

There would be two different answers and one of them could not be posted on this kid friendly place grin

I enjoy TN. It has a lot to offer. Boco is right though to many people. But that is true of every state east of the Mississippi River.

I think their sales taxis 9%, but no state income tax. Sure would hurt to buy a new vehicle there.

As a life long Tennessean, I'll second this. Stay away from the three big cities and it's great. Nashville is drawing too many imports but for now we're still a 2A friendly red state with all the common sense advantages that goes with one. Good hunting and fishing and more than enough coyotes to trap.

Tennessee is a beautiful state. If I had to live somewhere besides Ohio, I would live in North Carolina or Tennessee.

I just talked with a Tennesseeian that moved from the north coast of wi and he said it’s one of the fastest growing states, remember what happened to Colorado and Montana!

Nashville real estate seems very expensive.

What cities or areas do you all recommend?
