So for the past couple days I post a link to YouTube videos using the site tools and the video does not show for me. Just the link and code formatting. Have to click the link to go to YouTube to see the video.

in that URL, everything after the "?" needs to be removed, as well as the "?" itself so it ends up being

Its better to share videos straight from Youtube itself and not use others' links to it.

K, did that and it works but I'm hitting copy link like I've always done then paste it directly. I'll figure it out.

Thanks for posting this…I wondered how everyone did it. You always have to click the link with anything I’ve posted. Now I know how others get it to actually show up.

If using a computer to post videos, here is what I do-
1.Scroll to bottom of page. Move curser across the icons until reaching the blue icon that looks like a movie clapboard. Click on it. In the dropcown box, click on YouTube Video, insert YouTube URL.
2. Scroll down to preview or post reply.
Example:

Don't copy the link, copy the address from the address bar.

The garbage that starts after the ? Is a tracking referall code from whoever shared it.
