My grandfather gave me this trap amongst others, says his father gave it to him when he was a kid and started trapping.

Looking for some information if anyone has any and possible, thank you!

Your trap is a W A Gibbs Two Trigger made in the 1920's to 1930's. They came with or without the tooth plate. Fairly common trap in the 10 to 30 if pan readable dollar range for that model one.
