Received word today that Cohunt, better known as Jim Selgeby, passed away this morning after a long hard fight with cancer. Jim was one of the most honest men I have ever dealt with. I remember meeting Jim many years ago at the South Dakota Trappers Convention. As usual he was displaying a huge variety of traps that he had picked up all over the country. His knowledge of traps was unbelieveable. I enjoyed just sitting nearby and listening to his description of traps and the many friendships that he had through his dealings with them. Many of you have dealt with him over the years. In the past couple of months the treatments he received were less and less successful until finally this past week he was taken off everything and placed in hospice care. I went over to see him on Sunday and wished him a final "good bye". I am not sure if he knew me or not. Heaven is truly richer tonight because Jim is there.
Rest in Peace my dear friend.
Respectfully,
Jediknight Dam dam and double dam He was a fantastic person to deal with, one great guy, though he did talk me out of most of my old traps that I dissent even know were collectible, did give me better then fair price to according to Others So sorry to hear this Rest In Peace you will be missed And thanks for all you did for me and mine

Bought a few traps from Cohunt over the years.
Prayers for a fine gentleman and fellow trapper.

Sad day for us. Prayers for his family and friends.
