Hello everyone. I just came upon my first ATV after almost 70 years...a used 2021 Honda Pioneer 520. What is the best or a good tire repair/inflation kit to carry? Should I carry a small Jack? I could waste my time searching on the internet but I know the real people are here. Thanks...

Carry a tire plug kit with you and a bicycle tire pump.

sound advice there. I will add there is a big difference in plug quality. I splurge an buy brand that is fairly thin an long they seem to work better an have a better stick to them. can't remember the brand but comes in a box of 50 an there is a camel on the box. I own a 2019 pioneer 500 awesome machines

Doez your machine have a 12 volt plug?
If so grab a 12 volt pump and the plug kit with extra pack of plugs . Drop them in a ammo can and never leave home without it.

Shouldn’t have to remove the wheel. I’ve plugged em right on the machine and used the little 12v compressor to pump er up. But I’ve driven mine for miles on a flat though. 27” mudlites.

Got 1 plug in each of 2 tire on my pickup. And 3 out of 4 on my side x side haven't needed a jack yet.

Tires for truck will get ordered soon but the side by been like that for 2 years lol

Dont know about the biggger machines but I have drove my 300 trx a couple times over 20 miles on logging roads with a flat.
They only have 21/2 lb of air in them so once you start going the centrifugal force from spinning stands them right up.
I run the mud lites also.

Forget that fear of gravity-get a little savagery in your life.

Thanks Boco...that makes sense too. Much simpler than I thought. Of course...they are big doughnut tires. Take care...

Drove my Can Am s x s over 5 miles with a hole in the tire big enough to stick you hand in thanks to a hidden branch staub
