Invite vets, Nam and otherwise. Civilians who appreciate him, lots of bikers love their vets too, are vets themselves , arrange another assembly, a dignified , correct one. Have someone APPROPRIATE be the one to present the medal all over again. The right way. Let this veteran not suffer another spit in the face in insult from such a vile Marxist jerk like Biden. No ceremony nowadays , at or from the WH , is legit. Another, true assembly for this vet would be the balm of healing he has needed and deserves. charles trapper C Joined: Aug 2010 Asheville, NC	At least the deserving vet was finally recognized. Whoever recommended the upgrade, is also a hero. Many deserving soldiers are never recognized. Many awards go to commanding officers for actions by one of their crew members. Also, many deserving officers are overlooked if their superior officer doesn’t get involved. Fear of being denied by top brass is probably a reason deserving men and women never get recommended. Lot’s of politics come into play in the military chains.
