Huggies and Pampers based off what I have seen at the dump. They don't seem to have an interest in candy, licorice, donuts and trail mix at least for me.

I have nothing clever to put here.

You’re not liked, I can’t blame them.

It might be your location. I've had it happen just once but I did have a bait in southern Maine that didn't get hit once in the entire season. I moved it a few hundred yards the following season and it got hit within a week.

TS sells molasses by the gallon jug. Try that. Powdered drink mix blended in whatever bait you're using will help.

Get some scent on the wind. Molasses on a rag hung in a tree works well.

I have been using some commercial stuff that smells super sweet to me and have skanked up the site with it. I am not going to be heartbroken if I don't get one. I dislike most everything about bears anyway. I was just hoping to have one less on my place this Fall.

I picked a 1939 Winchester model 70 in 06 to hunt with. I wears Stith mounts and a Lyman Alaskan 2.5 power with a post. I still need to put a sling on it to keep the sling loops from rattling but that won't take long. All I need is to get one coming to the bait.

Jack O'Connor would approve. Nice!

Well we are done and I hope to have another video up later today. In the meantime, I realized that I uploaded the wrong video for VLOG #4 so here is the correct one, a surprise bonus I guess!

We've wrapped it up. Crazy year, but everyone had a chance to get a bear.

Yes,it's always nice for the ride along.I sure wish they would raise our permits here in 12,125 permits is way too low and that includes the NWA.It takes 4 years to draw here I could drive 32 miles west to the no quota area, but with bidens gas prices I would rather bait with 4 miles from my house.Thank's for sharing again.

Hoping with the low harvest this year they will add a few tags and at least stop the points creep.

This is the DNR we are talking about. A low harvest to them will indicate a low population so they will reduce the permits for next year.

More than likely,10 tens years ago we could draw every other year, think the permit number then was 250 or 300 for unit 12,just as many bears now if not more = 125 for the last 6,7 years????????Controling hunter population not bear population.
