That in itself is a Crime

Gut the little feller, or at least make him think you are going to after breaking his nose. The fear of God would be put in that young man if I was involved.

After reading the Case cited, Warrior's daughters' case would need to depend on other factors we do not know at this time beyond just a broken nose. However, as of this time, "Aggravated Battery" evidence is not apparently viewed or applied as relevant due to the case being dropped to a misdemeanor family court.
