Gut the little feller, or at least make him think you are going to after breaking his nose. The fear of God would be put in that young man if I was involved.

"Aggravated Battery in Georgia
Aggravated battery—also a felony—occurs when an offender maliciously inflicts serious bodily injury to the victim, such as loss of a limb, loss of use of a limb, or serious disfigurement.

Serious bodily injury involves more than minor or slight harm and could include broken bones, a coma, or wounds that require extensive suturing, hospitalization, or surgery.
Serious disfigurement refers to a physical alteration of the body, such as a visible scar on someone's face or another body part, or a broken bone that alters one's physical appearance, such as a broken nose or a finger that is no longer straight."

After reading the Case cited, Warrior's daughters' case would need to depend on other factors we do not know at this time beyond just a broken nose. However, as of this time, "Aggravated Battery" evidence is not apparently viewed or applied as relevant due to the case being dropped to a misdemeanor family court.
