good news is bush light is 3.2 carbs so you can still drink it , you should just start in the morning and pace yourself and keep moving then stop drinking an 2 hours before bed and take a nice long walk and not eat bread rice sugar or other significant sources of carbs.

steak , chicken , vegetables and beer , it really isn't so bad

we do things in the wrong order breakfast beer makes way more sense than a bunch at night after you quit moving and then lay in bed.

Sleep apnea? I was getting up to urinate at night too. I was also worried about diabetes. When I spoke to the doctor he said sleep apnea can make that happen because your brain wakes up and doesn’t know why so you feel the urge to empty your bladder. Got tested and have had the machine for years now. No waking up to pee at night anymore. Good luck, get tested for everything and hope it’s something simple like too much barley pop.

For some reason after my surgery I was getting up 5-6 times a night to pee. But luckily that has passed, lol. I will say this, if I ever wake up to pee and get up and go, I will wake up at that exact time every night for a week or more. I try and hold it for as long as possible before ever getting up. I honestly think that’s why we wake up at the same time every morning regardless of day when we get older. We wake up and generally the first thing we do is go to the bathroom. It doesn’t matter if you retire or it’s the weekend…we wake up at that time.

I start coffee first, then go pee.

I'm in trouble. I haven't has a get up at the same time or work the same shift more than 6days in years. Also why I can't sleep more than a few hours at a time or eat at normal times even when I was off work for months with health problems. I believe I have removed years off my life
