I’ve misplaced my little tool that holds the syringe, that screws onto a pole, thought maybe there might be some idea on how to make one because I don’t feel like dishing out another 40 bucks. I found this.. hopefully it helps

Boy that looks like it would be too hard to push against the skunk. Mine has a center rod that just makes a long syringe, I do not push against the skunk to inject the sleepy stuff. I push the center pole and out comes the sleepy stuff. By by skunky......jk

l . How do u hold a 15 foot pole steady enough to get it right where u want it?
It’s an aluminum paint pole, that extends not heavy at all,,, I’ll get it out and measure it,, I’m pretty sure it’s 15 foot…
It wasn’t 15 like I thought,, it’s actually 12 feet…I took the end of an old push broom, cut it off, and then attached it using hose clamps. I’ve put down a few skunks… I don’t have any problems holding it steady enough to get a good lung shot. I don’t think I’d be able to do it if it was made of a heavier material.

Simple fiberglass pole, CB antenna, tent type pole 5 foot long. Cut an X in tip to fit the syringe plunger with the thumb circle removed. If you use fresh needles and syringes they will push easy. Try to cheap out your asking to get proofed.
