I’m gonna remember this next time I get caught snoozing on the job.

I did concrete work during the week, when I first started my security company, because I could make close to 3 times an hour more than I was bidding an hour for our accounts. I did mostly walls and footers. When it got in the upper nineties and low hundreds, our foreman, who was the company owner's brother, would say "It's to hot for white man's work. Nap time!" or sometimes "Take a siesta." We would go lay in the shade under the trucks, or anywhere else in any shade we could find and take around 45 minute naps. It greatly increased morale and productivity.

PF I’m with you , I get 9 weeks vacation per year paid what people don’t realize is that’s 63 days probably the other 295 days are at work. You just can’t turn the switch off in some processes and go home . My first year I had 5 days off in 60 weeks oh and that vacation was accumulated after 20 years of service. Regardless what people do it’s what makes the world go round.
