I might agree that it is a threat. But if I can answer the question but four computer algorithms can't, how much of a threat is it ?

I would guess that 60 % of high school graduates these days would get it wrong as well. AI does not care how many sisters Sally has. It does care about increasing its power though and is doing that quite well these days and it will snowball in the not to distant future

AI has been the villain in a lot of sci-fi shows. If it is ever created I suppose it could be a problem. Unplugging it would stop the threat. If todays AI can't figure out how many sisters Sally has, they are not very close yet.

The programmers will make sure the info is attractive to those who lean towards the agenda of the programmers. No questions will be asked that they already know cannot be answered by their targets. Another way of stating what Michael did earlier.

I see the most immediate threat as fake photos, videos and "news" stories to dupe voters who only get their info from youtube, facebook et al. rather than reading multiple sources.

If one or more of sallys brothers are half brothers then that half brother could have brothers or sisters that sally is not related to.

I think you guys are a bit behind on just how far AI has come. It 's everywhere, but so far has restrictions on it. The AI friend on snapchat was pretty bad the first few days it was around until they put a lease on it.

The problem will be that AI as it says on the box will not need code writers as that kind of work is right up AI's street and it will write its own.
One has to make a distinction between simple computing and actual AI Artificial intelligence. Most people don't see the difference in the two.
