This is a creation of a mad scientist baker. All chocolate.
He makes so many everyday objects out of mainly chocolate and desserts. He creates his own molds too

The missus has found a pelican substitute .... she is trying to train our geese and has a couple of lap chickens

Something about those wood parts , on ships. By air, or by sea.

I too will eat almost anything chocolate . Here's the plan....start with a feather. In non obvious areas. Keep working in the area until inside access is reached

I bet most of that interior area can be hollowed out around whatever supports are there for the structure. I don't know what that coloured stuff is on the outside , but I'm sure it can be scraped off.

The pier and tree and the body is hallow and no supports on either bird. Most of his creations don't use support just chocolate as a glue
He typically uses edible paints and dyed butter, butter cream so it's all edible.

As we don't have AC here, I think the problem of me not being allowed to eat that work of art would solve itself on a semi hot day

Yes Sharon the wheel is still here on the wall in the living room. If you are interested, I have a bronze propeller of another old boat that you can have. I'll take some pictures of it if you want.

Many thanks, Michael, for your generosity. I am partial to those wooden things , in plane props and wheels, that is. Sorry that I wasn't clear on that prop. I meant the old wood props from planes.
