Right now I’m having amnesia and déjà vu at the same time. I think I’ve forgotten this before.

Thats totally false. There are lots of people eating nothing but meat. Think Jordan Peterson. He is a highly respected professor that eats only meat and never cheats. Many others too. Even Doctors.

Our ancestors ate only meat in the winter. I live in a Eskimo village where there is no local vegies available for nine months of the year and the people thrived and were healthy.

You can live just fine on meat alone. Cant say that for vegies. They just had another popular vegan die of starvation recently. What does that tell you.

I don't believe doctors to much anymore. I've seen great results with over all health with people on the carnivore diet.

Our ancestors lived very short lives the thought it the impact hits later in life like dementia and other brain issues common today might be linked to excess protein in the brain. I ate what I wanted and said the same bullet proof thing then poof it was over. LOL

I like meat don’t get me wrong and eat it everyday just not a lot of it I like my veggies in todays world at least they are real potatoes it’s hard to tell sometimes.

That last guy Atkins was an older gent in good shape that ate meat that fell on the ice and split his head open so you can die healthy. whistle

Here is an interesting video. Jordan Petersons Daughter, who also eats nothing but meat, and the reason for it.

The comments are gold.

Really? Never heard that. My daughter can't eat pork at all, it actually makes her sick.

I guess I'll find out when we butcher some roosters, but I haven't had any major problems with chicken. Like I say everything gives me gut discomfort.

I found chicken to be easier on my gut than most other foods. I know the more good food you eat the more active your gut will become to the point of being uncomfortable at times. Had a lot of gut issues when I had high stress job not Cop stuff but automotive parts Dept.

Checked the A1C today it’s up from my last check 6.9 to 7.6 so trying to eat normals is not working. I have another check up in Jan I’ll do some adjusting to see if that changes anything. Disappointing after giving up all of the obvious sweet foods never cheated on that once yet.
