It already is Savell. 25 years ago, the River Walk in SA was a nice place to go. Good music, good food, and lots of things to do. I took my wife there for our anniversary 5 years ago, and it was a third world country. Homeless folks sleeping on the benches and beggars everywhere.

Got so tired of people begging for money that I became an Ahole to them. Burnt me though, when we went out to the car a guy came running up. I immediately said no, I ain't giving you no money. He said, no i just need change for a dollar, where I parked only takes quarters.
