Cant replicate it here... tried. Where i lived in Philippines didnt have processed foods or chemicals. Could come here for summer and in one month gain 20 lbs no fastfoods or garbage.
Ate fish 5 days a week, hundreds of species to choose from... coconut water fresh daily. Big activity in daily life was a necessity there... huge. Sweating profusely daily, super hot .. foods were all natural.

I just meant that it seems none of these people are overweight, my retired doctor the best in my opinion was also a small framed person . This is just what I have observed and am not contradicting what you’re saying but maybe our metabolism is totally different.

Well of course i agree...I think you are comparing apples to oranges...geography and age also fall into the equation along with availability to good foods..also being with a filipina in family relations makes a man thin because of the s exercise. Its a total different lifestyle in Asia...Totally! And she kept me busy.

I'm on my third day, this is a hard diet, [life change] thought that I never ate many carbs, but they are in everything.

Our food here isn't that great. Full of preservatives, pesticides, hormones and other drugs animals were pumped with. Other countries don't do a lot of those practices we do.

I ate ham and beans last night. It showed this morning. Just checked my blood sugar. 123. Far from awful but the first time in months I ate something I knew wasnt good for me. Bacon and eggs are going to be breakfast.

I found that MCTs mixed in with my drink in the morning was a huge help in curbing cravings when I did keto. I used the stuff from Wilderness Athlete. Doesn't change the flavor of whatever you put it in.

Really doesnt do much for me. I drank bullit proof coffee with pure mct and ghee but didnt quell it. I think alot of mine is caused by sensitive stomache from meds. What works for me is eat bite of stick of real butter or pure grease from meat i cooked and saved.

Roy I dont know about you but breading is probably gluten and it bloats me....chicken without breading might be better.
