GREENCOUNTYPETE trapper G Joined: Sep 2013 Green County Wisconsin	yes 1:18 central it was planned I saw info on it earlier it was supposed to be 2:20 so either the phone network time is off or they went 2 minutes early I guess close enough and if 20 minutes after seems like an odd time , first Wednesday of the month at noon is the customary tornado siren test , 20 after would give those a chance to be over in mountain time but not be so early as to wake up all of Hawaii too early it would have been at 8:20am America only has one issue, we have a Responsibility crisis and everything else stems from it.
