I took a couple of the granddaughters and the other papa fishing this morning. 11 fish boated and weighed. Are those lahotans or rainbows? How do they taste? Any that I've had from alkaline waters weren't great.
Beautiful fish though, and a great experience for the kids regardless.

Sounds a great way to spend a day to me! Day ? Done by noon grandpas needed naps a quiet tim , man didn't know you could ask so many questions that fast lol We had a great time maybe they'll let us fish next ti.e lol

This time of year they are mussy from the warmer waters, in the spring from cold waters they can be grilled just cut the fatty parts off .
