Bob Samuelson OP trapper B Joined: Mar 2011 Churchville, NY	So I went to the NY ELITE TRAPPERS SEMINAR. The instructors kept talking about recording sets to watch how K9’s work the sets. I’m guessing it’s not a trail cam, but a camera that will record video and not just stills. Anyone know what type of cameras these are?

Ohio Wolverine trapper Joined: Apr 2007 ohio	When I first started trapping in the late 50's early 60's , I had a tablet for each property I trapped . Wrote down every set and how they produced. Fox sets were the most important , then the water sets , learning when to pull them or wait a week for the mink. Then came the fur boom , couldn't keep a trap in the ground. They disappeared over night. Keeping a record was heart breaking. We have met the enemy and the enemy is us!

I use a longer post tho because I want the call lure up high and then something they want to rub on down above the trap pan. Watching the video “Teachers of The Night” showed how beaver approached a 330 or a set in general! They don’t just barge in like one might think!
