what other low carbs or no carbs food is out there , K.i.s.. Roy!!!! its not rocket science. Why not just go full out and follow it strictly and after your numbers are all good add a little. My snack yesterday was beef. My dinner was tuna and salmon. As Paul said macs pork rinds..no carbs>>>> Just do what they say. Period.

what other low carbs or no carbs food is out there , Cabbage is a good low carb food to add to your diet, cook it in soups or with ground meat and tomato sauce is real good. Also, onions, pickles, cauliflower, turnips, sweet potatoes, tomatoes, celery, salads, cheeses, berries, sardines, tuna, sardines, butter. Peanut butter, as long as its no sugar. All seafood, meat and eggs, chicken, bacon, ham. You can make low carb deserts like cake, or blueberry cheesecake with almond or coconut flour and eggs in the microwave in five minutes. Top with real whipped cream.

an actual carnivore diet is zero carbs. no veggies, fruits, nuts, breads, grains or beans....no carbs at all...that is an actual carnivore diet.
there are other diets... I had a few buddies claim to do this diet but in reality they modified it to take care of their cravings. One guys insisted fruit was fine, just in moderation. NOT what the diet says. Ive done the cheaters version in the past and my psoriasis Disappeared. Quit doing it and instantly returned. Im day 3 starting again but i had a bag of almonds and a tootsie roll yrsterdsy so im yet again a cheater. The worst part of this diet is having to prepare every single meal when 2 meals a day are not at home for me. Gotta go brown some burger now.

You can have foil packed chicken or tuna (plain, no oil)and keep some of that in the vehicle, open and add some mustard. Not much fat in that but you can add some tallow if you want. Hard boiled eggs are another good snack item. Those things are on the carnivore diet list. I have been having a small apple/hard cheese after my daily hike and that has not cause any issues for me so far.

I still eat plants. BP was 113 over 64 this morning blood sugar 109. In 10 months I have lost about 50 pounds. Need to lose 30-40 more. Trapping season will help a bunch.
Had a stew made with hamburger, polish sausage, chicken, shrimp, okra, celery, tomato's, onions, jalapenos, cauliflower and broccoli for supper. Was in the freezer left over from a couple months ago. Still good.
Cracked and ate some just fell off the tree pecans for a late night snack.

Yep. I don't feel as strong or have the stamina I did 40 years ago but I still do most anything I want. Just takes longer. Lots better than a year ago. my pulse was 62 this morning
