I saved back a hide from the moose we got is there a tannery that will tan it hair off? The place in Wisconsin that I was using closed any other ideas? Thank Alex

There's a place in Plymouth, Wi, Legacy Leathers, I think? They do hair off tanning of deer and cow. Don't know if they do moose.

No luck with Arlington cape or Leagcy leathers but I found a place in Wisconsin called yost fur dressing that will do it for $13 per square foot is there any other options or has anyone used this place before?

I had Yost do a fur on coyote and a hair off deer about 20 years ago. Nice work.

Don't remember it being that pricey though, yikes. That's darn near braintan cost.

Yeah that’s what I thought and that’s with me scraping it myself otherwise it’s about $150 more
