The commercial shows a sandwich bulging with meat. The product doesn't even come close. Anyone here have this experience? They already have a class action suit against them for other sandwiches. False advertising and bait and switch tactics have me ready to start the next class action.

Talked to the store manager, who was really helpful, that told me they would need to double the meat to match the advertising..Where's the meat?

Frivolous lawsuits are becoming too common. You know what you're gonna get when you order. Lawyers will get rich and you will get a free sandwich; not like the one advertised.

It's cheap, somewhat good tasting fast food made by kids who couldn't care less. You get what you get.

That is important. We have a bunch of people going to court for that right now (three have flipped and pled guilty) but it's for a little more than a roast beef sandwich.

Nothing today looks the same in advertising as it does once you get it. Nothing new.

They spend hours putting together that food for commercials. If you want good food go to a local place that specializes in what your eating

A bunch of us went to an Arbys near UD. We could hear loud exclamations and laughing, in the back of the restaurant. The girl who came out of the back, to take take our orders, had 5 large rings piercing both her her lips, allowing her to only open her about 1 inch, mumbled to one of the girls with us "You would not eat here if you saw what they do to the food in the back." we all left and never went back.

If you go by the advertising, when you drink certain beers and liquors, the ladies ( or guys ) will automatically come around and a good time will be had by all. You should be old enough to know that everything is not always as it is promoted.---And, yes, there are big bucks involved in the lawsuits, but not for all that join in after the initial suit is filed.

I like Arbys, especially their beef sandwiches and horsey sauce. I just stopped eating at the one the employee warned us about.

I think deli roast beef heated up with Woebbers Horseradish sauce on it is better and cheaper when buying deli ends, so that's what we get now.

The first time I went to an Arbys, I had a sandwich and I cant remember if it came with horseradish or I accidently put some on thinking it was mayo but it was the most God-awful thing I had ever tasted. I can't believe people eat that stuff on purpose.

For supper tonight, I had cold meat sandwhiches, heated up, with horseradish sauce on them, because I read this thread.

Cheessteak rip off at its best. One slice of meat .Bun was good though !Two Arby's in town ,one sucks the other is good .All in the management and employees .Same at Wendy's ,one sucks I wont go to it ever, the other one they go out of their way for you.
