I just bought a hybrid back in August. I am very, very happy with it.

Hybrid cars make more sense the EV all around. Like the ban clan banning of gas stoves and ceiling fans straight EVs make no sense.

Did a little hauling last year and a LOT this year into an EV battery plant build in De Soto KS. Uncle Sugar and panasonic are building it. Have not heard about operations being shut or slowed down.

Hybrids is what they should be pushing. I can run my trap line and still get home. Not so with an EV.

My buddy brags about his Tesla how clean, fast and efficient it is yet he never brings it hunting out of state because it’s not practical to drive over 350 miles. SMH

Yep, in that regard my old 2wd single cab Ford ranger would be better. Probably more environmentally friendly as well considering how long it's lasted and it will still likely be on the road long after his telsa is nothing more than hazards wast. When the old ranger is trash it can be recycled.

My buddy has one sitting at his shop right now that someone thought they got a steal on . He said the large flat battery under the seat needs replaced and is six grand , he also says this truck has no conventional starter on it so it’s a weird set up to say the least, not saying they aren’t decent just be educated on them if someone finds a used one

No one, and especially not the government, should be "pushing" anything. Let the free market decide where things go with electric vehicles. If I want an EV or Hybrid I'll buy one, but I don't need my tax dollars going to help some greenie buy his.

It's not about the environment it's about control. Controlling people's ability to travel and freedom of movement.

I can get a 1960 vevical running and drive it. I won't be able to get a 7 to 10 year old battery vehicle to run when the batteries are shot, especially when they no longer make the same model. Think about your batteries going bad in your electric tools. I have a drill I can't find batteries for.

I can make a still and get full for a motor if need be or convert ont ot wood gasification.

The grid in some stated can't Handel the load now it will get worse with more ev's. O now they are not paying road tax better put a tracker for mileage in them.

But what the left won’t admit but ALMOST EVERYTHING that they push labeled “ clean “ energy is more harmful to the environment to manufacture than each item saves on carbon emissions. Look up energy to build the blades alone on the wind mills Look at the gestimate on number of birds they kill . Manufacturing the batteries alone in an EV puts out more pollution than a gas car that drives for 89 years average use

I disagree with the notion that hybrids are the way to go.
I think they are the worse of the 3 options, ev, ice or hybrid.
how stupid is it to add all the resources/cost to add a battery to a vehicle when it has an ice and it doesn't need it.

There is one running around locally that the guy tows a trailer with a 23’ aluminum boat on it. I giggle a little bit, silently, every time I see it.
