It appears Bacon Bait 2.0 (trademark/copyright/patent pending) is everything I thought it would be. I went out last Saturday and drilled 31 test holes and loaded them with 2.0 (I added a bit of cooking oil to make it more runny) and put a glug or two in each hole. Came back one week later and had 30 of the 31 holes show active visitation. Here are some before and after pics.

And a few others.

And if you get some on a rock, they will rub themselves bald on it.

I'd say it's working. I enjoy checking test sets. Are you going to come back and set those sets?

Did you have any doubts? I knew it would be a winner, especially on grey fox and coyotes. Probably will get some cats interested as well. You need to get those augers in the 3 ft. models. Then you won't need to bend over for initial set work and then the clean outs after a catch. Gang sets in a few of those locations.

Bob: I always have doubts about anything I make. :-)
I will have to look into the 3 foot auger. Although I almost never set the same hole after a catch, I can see where it would come in handy as a walking cane.
