Lol James...I didnt say anything because he is honest and hardworking all kinds of crazy hours. so who cares. But I like your point,caning may help tenderize it!! We'll have to make him captain of the "grammar police" ? Lol, I do all my posting on my phone. Big thumbs and small buttons. But honestly my spelling is horrible also so it could be either at any time.

No matter, we understand you I figured since I have seen much worse in post. It is still not a good selling point for homeschooling. It's a good thing my wife is an English major.

I canned some last year, in to chunks. I opened a can and made some.open face sandwiches for me and cam. I liked it, I'm thinking this year I will do more.. save freezer space and do something with the hams of the deer. I canned 37 pint jars of cubed venison last fall and you're right it makes a good sandwich spread. My wife shreds the meat and then adds a little mayonnaise, mustard and pickle relish. I eat it for lunch almost daily.
